Sales cum Growth Partner — Job Description
We seek a proactive Sales cum Growth Partner to drive lead generation, manage client relationships, and shape go‑to‑market strategies. This hybrid role blends outbound sales, channel development, and strategic growth initiatives to expand Solatech’s footprint.
Key responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads across U.S. solar installers, EPCs, and consultants.
  • Manage sales pipeline, run discovery calls, present service offerings, and close contracts.
  • Develop partnerships, referral channels, and white‑label reseller programs.

Required qualifications

  • 3+ years in business development, strategy, or product marketing in B2B tech, IT services, or energy sectors.
  • Strong proposal writing, financial modeling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of closing deals or creating scalable go‑to‑market programs.

Preferred skills

  • Understanding of U.S. solar market dynamics, utility interconnection, and permitting workflows.
  • Experience with international business models and cross‑border operations.

Location & schedule
Remote with regular coordination across India and U.S. time zones; occasional travel possible.
